A little bit about Tim Vasko...
Timothy Vasko is the Founder of The Connected Market Coach and leads the Senior Management Team at CMAEON and 1to1Real™. Tim and his team have almost a century of combined experience in business models based on technology, applications, information technology, process flow, design, marketing and cloud based solutions. They have invented powerful and unique solutions to expand the connected playing field for entrepreneurs, small and medium sized business.
We have created a cloud based solution, 1to1Real™ and the Connected Market Coach, so small business have the resources, connection power and automated robots that larger enterprises have held onto for a decade. Now the entrepreneurs that form the backbone of the global economy can emerge as sophisticated players, on a level playing field with the "deep pocket buyers" of consulting and technology. Given the financial and human resource constraints typical in smaller businesses it has been cost prohibitive with a learning curve too steep for a small team. This has been the most important, unaddressed market in technology to date. The SMB enterprise market is where innovation begins and ends - yet, because of constraints 85% fail. So, we've set out to change the odds - entrepreneurs are critical contributors - we've begun to make an impact in creating the Connected Market a powerhouse for smaller companies and their teams. It's taken a decade, I'm excited to see it evolve and see what these businesses will bring to the table where large business has left gaping holes.”

The corner doctors office , small financial consulting firm, accounting practice, pharmacy all bring us value - this is not the big brand name business. Tim's focus has been on industries driven primarily by entrepreneurs, whether those entrepreneurs are doctors or pharmacists running unique health care practices, or business owners that have designed multi-national enterprises driving billions in revenues and serving millions of customers. Out-of-the box thinking and innovation is Tim's passion. Vasko is an entrepreneur, an inventor and a "maverick" that challenges paradigms (sometimes stepping on "big toes") - but not being afraid to take on the toughest of challenges - even if it means "taking the hit" personally.
Innovation is not an easy path. By challenging predominant systems I will upset some, help others. But, it is this kind of approach that has driven humans to be more connected, more sustainable and create more knowledge. Mr. Vasko renamed the Company CMAEON to reflect The Connected Market Enterprise on Demand solutions. Mr. Vasko and his enterprise have driven over $2 billion in revenues for entrepreneurial businesses since 1999. Customers across many industries have entered the Connected Market Space based on the platforms architected and conceived by Mr. Vasko and built by his company and team.
Our mission and focus has been to take on difficult industries, using our expertise and technologies and to make them more efficient, profitable and stronger. Entrepreneurial based industries such as health care, pharmacy, real estate, mortgage banking, wealth advice and management and asset syndication are a few examples. These always involve at least three parties and a level of complexity traditional software did not address in the business model.
We have invested millions in developing our platforms for entrepreneurial businesses - we know this market and how entrepreneurs think and need to use technology better than anyone in the field. This is demonstrated through the innovative 1to1Real™, 1to1Pharmacy & 1to1MD solutions that have enabled our customers to grow their businesses and prosper.”

Tim Vasko is the chief strategy officer, CEO and the founder of CMAEON, 1to1Real™ and the Connected Market Coach™. His 30 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship span various industries, including healthcare and real estate. Tim Vasko was a member of the team that founded the entrepreneurship school at the University of Victoria. Mr. Vasko was a professor of entrepreneurship, business information and technology and global finance at the University of Victoria and taught the MBA program for students at Royal Roads University.
Tim is a prolific speaker and has spoken at various events worldwide, including the Research in Motion (Blackberry) Conference in Amsterdam, The Quest Government Health and Technology Annual Conference in Ottawa and the International Information Technology Conference in Costa Rica. Mr. Vasko was also a keynote speaker for the UVIC Faculty of Business and was an invited spoken in New York at the massive New York Real Estate Expo held in Times Square in 2010.
